The deal sees all 40 players in the tournament wearing Jackpotjoy.com shirt patches.
The Championship, which runs from January 7 to 15, is being screened live on UK public broadcaster, the BBC.
This will be the 29th consecutive year that the championships has been screened by BBC TV, and the first time it was been broadcast across Europe by Eurosport, giving it the largest TV audience for darts in the world.
Jackpotjoy.com has a presence in the venue, running competitions and activities during the Championship at the Lakeside Country Club in Surrey.
There are competitions to win tickets for the Championship and the site will also host darts-themed promotions.
The site boasts over 650,000 players, and gives away more than £1million in winnings every day.
The world championship is organised by the British Darts Organisation, and rivals the recent Professional Darts Corporation world championship.
