But it will continue in its partnership with drivers Ryan Newman and Kurt Busch.
The firm follows Kodak out of the Penske-Jasper Racing team. The photographic company pulled out earlier this month.
Jasper executive Mike Pfau said: “We won't have our name front and centre on the car, but we now have the opportunity we've worked years for.
“Kodak’s decision made it easy for us.”
