Lighthouse specialise in creating, managing and implementing sponsorship strategies and activation for companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Heineken, Land Rover, Times Newspapers Ltd, Polar and Marsh & McLennan Companies.
Alan Pascoe, the former Olympian and chairman of Fast Track, said: "Lighthouse Communications will bring a great deal of additional expertise, experience, revenues and depth to Fast Track across the entire agency, with particular focus on client consultancy and activation strategies – ideal as we move into the build up to Britain hosting the 2012 Olympic Games.”
Jim Glover, head of Lighthouse, will become joint managing director of Fast Track with Jon Ridgeon, the current managing partner.
Fast Track this year launched the inaugural Visa Paralympic World Cup in Manchester.
