The CATV content includes each of Charlton’s league games, totaling 19 matches over the remainder of this season.
The deal was struck by MAS CEO Juanjo Marquez and UK company Onside TV, CATV’s producers for Charlton Athletic.
Juanjo Marquez, CEO of MAS, said: “We can help [the club] achieve an even broader fan base and offer an alternative and more cost effective way for broadcaster to access Premier League content and games on a few hours delayed basis.”
CATV is available as a block of three hours each match week encompassing each full match, with a half-hour introductory show 'Football Addicks' and a 30-minute Premier League wrap-up show 'Extra Time'.
It is the first of several Premier League partnerships that MAS hopes to announce in 2006.
MAS has signed its first distribution deal with Spanish local network Vocento, which will take CATV to 11.5 million Spanish homes later this month.
The deal will run throughout the remaining 2005-2006 season, extending through to 2006-07.
