The multi-million dollar deal sees it continue as overseas sponsor and international tour partner until the end of 2010.
Travelex has partnered the Australian cricket team since the Ashes tour in 2001.
Its logo will continue to appear on the Australian Test and one day international team shirts for matches overseas.
The side will embark on a number of overseas tours during the new five-year partnership, including the trip to the West Indies for the World Cup in 2007.
Travelex also partners with Australian cricketers Adam Gilchrist, who is a non-executive director of Travelex, and Brett Lee, who is a brand ambassador for Travelex in Australia.
It also sponsors tennis legend John McEnroe and Rugby World Cup winner Jonny Wilkinson.
