Dmitry Chernyshenko has been appointed CEO of Sochi 2014 to drive forward Russia's bid to host the Olympic and Parlaympic Winter Games.
Chernyshenko has many years experience working with the Russian Ministry of Sport, and is currently senior vice president of Media Arts Group, one of the largest advertising companies in Russia.
He is also president of Sportima sports marketing agency, one of the leaders in the CIS market.
