The company says the move will improve efficiency and consolidate the business.
The TV production operation, based in Wimbledon Park, will move into Octagon House in Fulham Road, Putney, by December 23.
The move will see personnel, archive footage and production equipment housed in the same building as the rest of the business.
The production operation will move into empty office space within Octagon House, alongside the other three areas of the business, rights, new media and brandcasting.
Chris Guinness, president of Octagon CSI, said: “There are huge advantages to everyone being in the same place, not only from a practical point of view. The move will allow us to be a much more efficient organisation due to a reduction in our fixed overheads and enable us to consolidate Octagon CSI’s unique offering across the whole sports and entertainment business.”
The move follows the signing of a new three-year deal with the Football League to distribute international rights for the Football League and the Carling Cup from 2006/07.
It has also set up a joint-venture business with British Telecom to produce and distribute sports footage for mobile, internet and broadband.
