It is intended to develop talent and boost participation in sport over the next three years, and is in addition to the £315million four-year funding announced at the beginning of the year for the NGBs.
It comes from increased National Lottery sales and further savings from back-office costs.
The additional funding will be invested directly at the grassroots level, funding county sport partnerships and the sports themselves.
To date Sport England has invested more than £1.7billion in facilities, including £120million in a high-performance network.
The breakdown of the £75million investment is £46.5million to the Regional Sports Boards, £26.5million to the NGBs and a further £2million to national partners.
