The Maltese Islands will again host the first 2006 Powerboat P1 World Championship event after a three-year deal was agreed.
It takes place over the weekend of May 12, 13 and 14, and follows and agreement between KBL Powerboat Management Ltd, promoters of P1, and the Malta Tourism Authority.
Malta, an appointed P1 signature venue, will host two rounds of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 UIM World Championships.
