It is the second year running the agency has scooped the award and it also regained the title ‘best overall agency’, as well as picking up another award for best employee benefits with a marketing services agency.
In the survey, carried out by Marketing Magazine and Stopgap Recruitment, Redmandarin pipped more than 250 companies to the final post.
CEO Sally Hancock said: “Sponsorship is about connecting with people’s passions - and there’s no way we could do that without a healthy, coherent culture of our own.
“We work for a number of international brands across vastly different time-zones, and without a resilient and flexible culture we simply could not service their needs.”
The international strategic sponsorship consultancy is based in London, New York and Singapore, and is one of few agencies that has managed to preserve its strategic independence. It does not sell rights or represent rights holders.
