SALMON LEAPS TO FWM BOARD

UK-based Fast Web Media (FWM), the website publishing and marketing services company that specialises in football, has appointed Rob Salmon to its board of directors.

Salmon joined the company in January 2001 from Bass Brewers where he was sponsorship manager. Prior to that he was sports editor of AOL UK.

His promotion to the board follows a key role played in developing the company’s online marketing and public relations offering, working alongside clients such as UEFA New Media, The Football League Championship, Carling and Joma UK.

FWM - wholly owned by Total Sports Online ASA - celebrates 10 years of delivering online solutions to the football industry on November 14 at Soccerex, the b2b football convention taking place in Dubai.

An FWM stand at Soccerex will be offering free search engine performance reports for those wishing to test their websites' visibility to users.

The company includes two specialist divisions FWM3, which offers website publishing, development, build and hosting and FWMpr, a PR and online marketing agency.
