RAM, founded in 1999, provides services to more than 250 celebrities from the world of sport.

Merlin Elite’s clients include Jodie Kidd, Jay Kay, Matt Dawson, Alec Stewart and Graeme Le Saux.
The acquisition of RAM follows external investment by Phillip Carter, chief executive of Carter & Carter, facilitating an ongoing expansion programme.
Merlin Elite is currently in negotiations to acquire an independent TV production company.
