Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund has agreed a deal with insurance and finance company Signal Iduna Group for naming rights to its Westfalenstadion stadium.
The contract runs from December 1, 2005 to June 30, 2011, with an option to extend for a further year, and includes payment terms that depend significantly on performance.
Westfalenstadion will be named ‘Signal Iduna Park’.
The deal was brokered by the club’s marketing agent, Sportfive.
