Hiram Bithorn Stadium will be the site for 12 of the 39 tournament games next March.
The World Baseball Classic, a 16-team tournament sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation (IBAF), will feature many of the best players in the world competing for their home countries and territories for the first time ever.
MB Sports has been named as promoter for the games.
PETCO Park, home of the San Diego Padres, will serve as the host venue for the semi-finals and final.
Other venues in the US and Asia, yet to be named, will host the remaining games.
