It has secured sponsorship for the new league from the world's largest internet retailer of branded intimate apparel, Figleaves.com.
The league will feature in a new sport and lifestyle programme to be broadcast on UKTV.
Netball Superleague will involve seven clubs in England and one in Wales, with the first games played over the weekend of October 21 and 22.
Each club will play seven home and seven away fixtures and the competition is designed to help the England and Wales squads prepare for the Commonwealth Games.
England is currently ranked fourth in the world behind New Zealand, Australia and Jamaica.
The league will recommence in April 2006 with play-offs and finals in early June to determine the league champions.
