It recorded an increased turnover, plus a profit on player sales of £5.6million.
The results come a year after Tottenham revealed annual losses of £2.7million
An improved league finish, from 14th in 2003-04 to ninth last season, was said to have helped turnover exceed £70million for the first time - up from £66.3milllion in 2004.
The club revealed it had looked at ways of making savings, with player wages increasingly performance-related.
