INAUGURAL ONLINE SURVEY

SportBusiness International and Sport Research Group have launched their first annual global omnibus online survey of leading sport business executives worldwide.

It targets more than 100,000 industry names worldwide.

Sport Research Group is hosting the 2005 survey and will compile the results for SportBusiness Group and fellow survey sponsors.

Lead sponsor of the survey is Avaya - official convergence communication provider to the FIFA World Cup 2006B - that is offering World Cup Final tickets as a prize incentive.

The four media partners (Arksports, The Migala Report, Sportcal.com and Australian Marketing Institute) give the survey a global reach.

SportBusiness Group’s Andy Rice said the survey was designed to “take the temperature of the sport business landscape and provide a unique research platform for our sponsors.”

Sport Research Group’s Simon Arkwright said it fulfils a need for the industry to have a cost effective means of researching itself.
