Susan Graham has been appointed interim chief executive for England Netball.
Graham, who will be in the post for the next six months, replaces Pauline Harrison.
She is a qualified accountant and has previously worked with UK Sport and Watford Football Club.
New commercial director, Karen Rothery, joins England Netball on September 5, 2005.
