The new deal with the United States Tennis Association covers Latin
America and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Said Tim Bunnell, ESPN's senior vice president for international
programming and marketing: "Securing broader international rights to
the US Open is a benchmark for ESPN. The US Open rounds out our tennis
line-up in Latin America, as we now have the rights to televise all
four Grand Slams."
