RIAS, the specialist over-50s insurer, has agreed an extension to its headline sponsorship with the Poole RIAS Pirates speedway team.
The deal sees UK-based insurer continue its partnership with the Pirates throughout the 2006 season.
The agreement is one of the most lucrative in the history of speedway. The RIAS logo will remain prominently displayed on the riders uniforms and at the stadium.
The insurer began its sponsorship of the team in 2004 and the contract extension gives them first option to continue into the 2007 season and beyond.
