The forum, backed by Formula One Management, is a conference as well as a meeting place for all of Formula One’s stakeholders to network, debate and close deals.
There will be two keynote conference sessions given by globally recognised industry leaders and 40 seminars taking place throughout the two-day period, chaired by well-known experts across a range of different sectors.
Among the delegates attending will be Michael Payne of Formula One Management, Jim Wright of BMW Williams, Josep Ramon of Circuit de Catalunya, Tim Crow of Karen Earl Sponsorship, Neil Duncanson of North One TV, Peter Harris of Vodafone and Hans Mahr of RTL.
Delegates should include sponsors, potential sponsors, teams, suppliers, manufacturers, hospitality, media research, driver managers, finance houses, agents, broadcasters, media, circuits, travel agents and anyone that is, or intends to be, part of the motor sport industry.
Simon Berger, director of the Formula One Sponsorship Forum, said: “We have received positive encouragement from literally hundreds of business people involved in F1 and motor sport, many of whom have already committed to the Forum.
"There is so much to talk about the business of the sport, so much change taking place, and the timing of the Formula One Sponsorship Forum could not be more opportune. This is an exciting opportunity for key industry personnel to get together and interact in a very unique environment.”
The Grimaldi Forum conference centre in Monte Carlo has been chosen as the venue for the forum, which is being organised by IM2 GmbH (Switzerland).
