The clubs join a number of Premier League and Championship clubs providing the service to fans courtesy of Match Day Media (MDM.TV).
The company says the latest signings will drive audience figures to 15 million per season.
MDM.TV operates more than 500 state-of-the-art plasma screens with full audio support delivering a mix of pre-match content, live match feed and half-time highlights, live scores, data and news, alongside TV commercials and advertiser-funded content.
