According to a new report by Informa, mobile gambling is due to increase more than six-fold in the next five years - by 2010 there will be 210 million mobile gamblers, the majority in Europe and Asia.
Accessing lotteries will be the most popular, leading to issues around social responsibility and how lottery revenues are allocated.
The report coincides with the publication of a new report from SportBusiness, ‘Mobile Technologies: Opportunities of sport’.
