Valley Cougars coach Mark Rowley has been elected the new chairman of Wales Rugby League (WRL).
Rowley, who is also involved in the junior international game, replaces Danny Sheehy, who in turn replaces Phil Melling as the new vice-chairman.
Celtic Crusaders' chief executive Chris O'Callaghan will represent the club on the WRL board.
Meanwhile, John O'Callaghan was elected WRL treasurer and Mike Nicholas was returned as the league's president
