The decision was passed by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee after a 15 year-old fan was killed at Kenya's 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Morocco in Nairobi on 18 June. The Kenya Football Federation has also been fined CHF 25,000.
Before the match, a crowd managed to force down gates to the stadium leaving the 15-year-old dead and 15 other fans injured.
