The deal is aimed at boosting television and radio revenue, and exposure for the XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver 2010 and the XXX Olympiad in London in 2012, across the Middle East, the whole of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.
It will explore regional opportunities including free-to-air and pay licences, sponsor-supported highlights, and multi-channel delivery. TWI will advise the IOC on long-term strategy, the bidding process and legal support services.
