The changes are said to be part of TWI's growth strategy for the future, as it concentrates on expanding its rights and properties business.
Michel Masquelier, formerly senior vice president, European sales, has been appointed head of sales worldwide, based in London, effective immediately.
Michael Mellor, head of UK sales for the past five years, becomes head of TWI, Asia Pacific and will take responsibility for TWI's business operations throughout the Asian region, based in Hong Kong.
This includes supervising TWI offices in Australia and New Zealand. David McConnell, senior vice president, Asia, will continue to play an active role in the region including developing new business opportunities.
Ben Nicholas, currently head of interactive rights, becomes senior vice president - UK and new media sales. He joined TWI, the television arm of IMG, last year after selling In the Box Media Ltd., the company he formed in 2002 to seek opportunities in digital media.
Previously he was head of sports acquisitions & programming at interactive TV company Homechoice, and director of sales at ESPN International.
Recently JC6rg Ullman also joined TWI as senior vice president, business development, based in Cologne, from RTL in Germany.
