It will offer advertising and sponsorship opportunities on Setanta Sport UK, Setanta Sport Ireland, Setanta Sport North America, Setanta Sport Australasia, SPL Live, Rangers TV and Celtic TV, as well as for Setanta properties and networks developed in the future.
The company's Setanta Sport broadcast operation transmits sporting events to commercial venues around the globe, using the largest proprietary satellite network of its kind in the world.
It is one of three operating divisions of parent company Setanta, which also includes Setanta Media and Setanta Screens.
