It enables the Milton Keynes-based club to sell match day tickets using the ProVenueMax solution.
The system will manage sales made over the phone and in person from the club’s ticket office at the National Hockey Stadium and, from next season, will deliver a real-time internet ticketing solution direct from the club website.
“Installation of the new system has opened up new opportunities for us in terms of ticket selling and will allow us to make better use of the sales data we collect from our supporters,” said Kirstine Nicholson, operations manager, MK Dons.
The Tickets.com ProVenue suite of products offers back office, internet, call centre and kiosk solutions. The solutions are also designed to enhance clubs’ marketing capabilities and open up routes to new revenue.
