Known as the ‘Junior Reds’, the site provides news, downloads, games and opportunity to learn more about the club and its players.
Digital Ink, a web development company that specialises in online commerce and professional sports web sites, has developed the site.
Peter Varney, chief executive of Charlton Athletic, said: “A football club has to ensure that it provides services to all ages and abilities. Our younger fans are our investment for the future, anything we can do to make the club more fun and a better source of information for youngsters, can only be good.”
The site even offers jigsaw puzzles, arcade games and online colouring books for the youngest visitors.
