AUSTRALIA'S SEVEN SECURES RUGBY RIGHTS

Television broadcaster Seven Network Holdings Ltd. has secured rights to broadcast rugby union test matches in Australia from 2006-2010.

The agreement, signed with News Ltd, the global licensee of the SANZAR consortium that represents the unions of New Zealand, Australia and South Africa, extends a 10-year partnership between Seven and the sport.

Seven will be covering the expanded tri-nations test series between Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, it said in a statement.
