SportsTV is looking to enhance the match day experience for fans by showing in-stadium broadcasts with no commercial breaks.

Advertisers instead benefit from split screen technology and are “always on” - but without interrupting the footage for fans.

TV screens are situated throughout the stadium, mainly in waiting/hospitality areas and bars, and show club-related highlights, interviews, news, facts/figures and league tables.

Clubs provide ideas on content, whilst UK-based Sports TV offers its technical and production skills.

Sports TV recently signed a five-year deal with the Football League, becoming the official supplier of its in-stadia television programming.

The service is also said to encourage fans to arrive at the stadium earlier, leave later and remain in bars and retail kiosks for longer, so increasing club revenue.
