Coe is confident London can beat Paris, New York, Madrid and Moscow in the final vote in Singapore on July 6.
Paris is widely considered to be favourite to win the vote, with London believed to have narrowed the gap thanks to Madrid having gained ground in recent months, taking votes from Paris and indirectly helping London’s chances.
The battle for 2012 is now reaching the closing stages, with the International Olympic Committee's inspection team due to publish its evaluation report on the rivals on June 6.
There will then be an opportunity to appeal to African IOC members at a gathering of national Olympic committees in Accra, Ghana.
London has also unveiled its plans for the 2012 Summer Paralympic Games, which would be held from August 29 to September 9.
Eleven of the 20 Paralympic sports would be staged in a new Olympic Park in London’s East end, where many Olympic sports and venues will also be located. Five Paralympic sports will be held in the nearby ExCel Centre on the Thames River close to the airport.
Three other sports (shooting, equestrian and road cycling) will be in easy reach of the Olympic Park, meaning that 98 per cent of athletes would compete and train within 15 minutes of the Olympic Village or their accommodation, claims London 2012.
