Promoters Darryl A. Stuckey and Raging Promotions struck the deal ahead of the two-time world heavyweight champion's much anticipated return.
"We are thrilled to be going into partnership on this event with Sportfive, who have done so much for the Klitschko brothers," said Darryl A. Stuckey, CEO of The Stuckey Group, which is co-promoting the Tyson fight.
In the US the fight will be shown live on Showtime Pay-Per-View.
Stuckey and his partners have signed a multi-fight promotional agreement with Tyson and know that a lot is on the line if the man once dubbed the "baddest man on the planet" is to return to form.
Should he get past 27-year-old McBride, Tyson could climb back up the rankings with a possible title shot in store.
