Suio will provide the water for all 344 competitors at the event, which takes place at venues throughout the city from May 12 to 15.
The Suio deal was brokered by Fast Track, which is organising the Visa Paralympic World Cup along with the British Paralympic Association.
Fast Track sales manager Mark Richardson said: "It is a real boost to the Visa Paralympic World Cup that another major brand such as Suio has decided to support the event in its first year."
Four events make up the Visa Paralympic World Cup: athletics, track cycling, wheelchair basketball and swimming.
Other commercial partners are EDF, Seiko, Group 4 Security, Ricoh, The Times and the Manchester Evening News.
