Its Tamoil trademark will be displayed on club shirts in all competitions from July 1, 2005.
The agreement extends a current three-year deal which was limited to UEFA competitions, the Italian Cup and Italian Supercup.
There is an option to extend the deal for a further five years to June 2015, worth an extra B130million.
