Infront Sports & Media and the Austrian Ski Federation have renewed their agreement for international television distribution of the Austrian FIS World Cup races (excluding Austria and Switzerland) to 2008.
The agreement extends the partnership across the next three seasons (2005/06, 2006/07 and 2007/08) and covers all FIS World Cup alpine, cross country, Nordic combined and snowboard events taking place in Austria.
Infront and the Austrian Ski Federation will continue to consolidate coverage of events in the established ‘ski’ markets, as well as pushing into new markets, particularly Eastern Europe, where both parties are said to see future television growth potential for skiing and snowboarding.
