ACTION SPORTS TOUR IN TV DEAL

Apparent Gravity Media (AGM), a leading provider of action sports and sports lifestyle programming, will partner the Dew Action Sports Tour, the first-ever season-long professional multi-sport tour in action sports.

As part of this alliance, long-time television executive George Krieger, founder and president of AGM, will become a media consultant for the Tour’s global television distribution.

Krieger has more than 25 years of media experience in creating, packaging, distributing and marketing successful entertainment and sports programming. He was a co-founder of Fox Sports, where as executive vice president he directed Fox’s acquisition, programming, on-air talent and business development areas.

NBC Universal has announced 32 hours of primarily live coverage for the 2005 Tour, the largest network and cable television broadcasting commitment ever. USA Network will deliver 10 hours of late night coverage while NBC Sports will broadcast an additional 22 hours.

The Tour, owned by NBC Universal and Clear Channel Entertainment - Motor Sports, debuts in June. A series of five major events with a cumulative points system, it consists of multi-sport competitions and entertainment at both indoor and outdoor venues.

In addition to skateboarding, BMX, and freestyle motocross, each tour stop will feature a unique “specialty comp.”

Key lifestyle elements at each Tour event will include live cutting-edge music, video gaming and interactive events.

AGM has seven series on the air around the world representing numerous producers and projects. In the US, AGM has programming on Fox Sports Net, FUEL, OLN, INHD, RUSH and Showtime.
