The much-anticipated three-Test series will be India's first home series with Pakistan for six years.
TWI, the TV arm of IMG and the largest independent producer, packager and distributor of sports programming in the world, has a long association with the BCCI and has been involved with producing cricket matches in India since 1993.
The Indian cricket board is still to decide who will market televison rights to foreign networks for the series, beginning on March 8.
