It will become the Performance Partner of UK Athletics as part of a broader commitment to athletics.
After working with individual athletes for a number of years, the energy drink will now be supplying product for athletes at all Norwich Union Athletics meetings and all UK Athletics high performance centres across the UK.
Max Jones, performance director of UK Athletics, said: “Over the next four years, we look forward to working in partnership with Red Bull. Their commitment to support product research and bespoke team activity will help to provide our athletes with the very best service to help ensure their continued success.”
UK Athletics has also announced a four-year sponsorship deal with adidas. The agreement, which comes into effect immediately, sees adidas become the exclusive sports apparel supplier to the Norwich Union GB & NI Team at all age groups.
