The event, which takes place from July 12 to 18, 2005, has been played at the Weissenhof Tennis Club just outside Stuttgart, Germany, for the last 26 years.
Under the terms of the agreement, IEC will handle international distribution of the event worldwide outside of Germany.
IEC's contract with the tournament now extends through 2005 and the company has been involved in the distribution of the event for several years.
IEC in Sports represents a number of other tennis events in Germany - including the Arag World Team Cup and Gerry Weber Open (Halle) - as well as other ATP events, making the company the industry's largest distributor of tennis.
