BSI has signed a four-year agreement with Denmark’s national broadcaster, Denmarks Radio (DR), and cable and satellite channel dk4, to broadcast the World Championship FIM Speedway Grand Prix Series (SGP) and FIM Speedway World Cup (SWC).
The contract will see both championships transmitted live on dk4 with DR1 broadcasting a one-and-a-half hour highlights programme on the Saturday evening after each event.
As part of the agreement DR will also carry news of the Grands Prix on their textual news service, website and broadcast on their P3 radio station.
dk4 and their wholly owned production company, Primevision, will produce a number of broadcasts for the SGP Series and SWC over the next four years.
