Bid regulations for the Euro 2012 soccer tournament will be near the top of the agenda when the UEFA Executive Committee meets in Switzerland next week.
The committee, chaired by UEFA president Lennart Johansson, meets next Wednesday and Thursday in Nyon.
Among those countries believed to be bidding are Hungary, Croatia & the Czech Republic, Poland & Ukraine, Russia, Italy and Greece.
Other topics to be discussed include proposed measures to encourage local training of players; and development and support of national teams.
