Public tickets were snapped up online in just a day and tickets are now only available for the fifth day, priced at £10.
England's recent success has led to high demand for tickets and Surrey County Cricket Club broke new ground by selling tickets for all five days in anticipation of the game reaching an exciting climax.
Paul Blanchard, sales and marketing director, said: "The speed at which we have sold the tickets has been fantastic - we have 20,000 unsuccessful applications.
“The only way supporters can guarantee a seat for the games is to buy one of the few remaining debentures or corporate hospitality packages."
