Customers will be able to access video clips of pre-match analysis, real-time goals and match summaries, as well as full image and data packages covering the league.
There will also be information available on fixtures, team sheets and league tables.
Terra Networks have acquired the mobile rights from Sportev, the UK-based mobile sports organisation.
Recently, Sportev was awarded the contract to provide the FA Premier League with mobile production services in all international territories.
Will Muirhead, Sportev chief executive, said: “It is Sportev’s first media deal in Brazil, which is one of the fastest growing mobile markets in the world.”
