ICC PONDER CALENDAR CHANGE

Tagged in &

The ICC has considered extending the five-year international cricket calendar to six years, and introducing a modified programme for two members.

Proposals put forward will be referred back by each director for their own country to consider further.

The matter will be reviewed at the next board meetings, taking place in March 2005.

Following a report from chief executive Malcolm Speed, the board has also agreed to review the format of the Champions Trophy ahead of the next event in 2006.
