Sponsors, agencies and rights-holders from around Europe are set to descend on Lisbon in November for the 14th annual ESA Congress.
Titled ‘Sponsorship Evolves’, it will examine the future of the sponsorship industry against a recent back drop that has seen sponsorship enjoy an enhanced role within the marketing mix.
Said Nigel Currie, joint chairman of ESA: “The event and content has attracted delegate interest from across Europe. We are very proud and fortunate to have such deep roots with so many organisations, and are keen that the Congress allows them to develop their skills and knowledge, while being able to make new contacts and networks within the industry.”
Speakers at the two-day event include: Nastia Orkina of Coca-Cola; Simon Gillham of Havas; Simon Long, managing director of the World Rally Championship; and Richard Dorfman of developing race-series A1 Grand Prix.
The event takes place between November 17-18 at the Dom Pedro Hotel. Further details can be found on the event website at www.esacongress.org.
