The owner of the NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers has been hit with a hefty fine by league chiefs after saying publicly club owners have discussed plans to restart the league with replacement players.
Steve Belkin, who also owns the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, made the claims in the Boston Herald
