Europe Talks Tickets (ETT) 2005 hopes it will be the most successful Conference & Exhibition in its 16-year history.
With globalisation affecting the ticketing industry for good and for bad, the European ticketing community is preparing to be ready to take part with advanced technologies and systems.
Subjects vary from systems to training, from staff motivation to customer relationship management, whilst all the time making maximising venue resource management.
How well are the customers’ needs and concerns understood? Are staff giving their best to the company, and to their team? How well prepared are industry professionals to meet the future needs of their customers?
ETT 2005 will be addressing all these issues, while providing an industry forum for learning, exchanging ideas and networking.
Already 81 per cent of the exhibition space has been sold. It will be the largest exhibition in ETT’s history, and, with over 470 square metres, it is approximately 45 per cent larger than past events.
