The conference, Negocio Redondo, is organised by Faraday Rd Sponsorship and Marketing, headed by former FIFA competitions director Michael Black.
The event is particularly timely as Chile’s soccer clubs are currently preparing for a significant change to their legal and administrative status that will require them to take a more active approach to commercial and marketing issues.
Speakers from the Chilean sports, marketing, financial and industrial sectors will be complemented by specialists from Europe and the United States.
“The sports business in Chile is still in its infancy but the forthcoming legislative changes have focused the attention of the commercial sector and clubs on what can be achieved,” said Black.
